Do you KNOW where you're going to spend eternity?
Chances are that you have wondered about this. We all think about it from time to time, because as Human Beings we are eternal creatures. We intuitively feel that there's more to our existence than just this life... we sense that physical death is not the end of us. Yes, we all wonder. But can anyone truly KNOW what happens?
Can a person really know where their soul will spend eternity?
The answer is YES.
You can know for sure what happens to your eternal soul after physical death. The Bible says we can be certain about this!
The Holy Bible is Divine revelation to Humanity regarding all things. It towers above all literature, and stands alone among religious works because it is given by inspiration of God.
How do we know the Bible is from God?
Because it is a pure Book, revealing Man’s sin and God’s grace.
Because it is a preserved Book, withstanding the tests of Time and Criticism.
Because it is a perfect Book, absolute truth without error.
The objective seeker can clearly see this when they actually read the Bible for themselves, as opposed to simply believing what critics and skeptics say about the Bible.

So what does the Bible say about eternity?
The Bible says that at death, the soul departs from the body (Genesis 35:18) and goes to one of two places. Heaven is one place. The Lake of Fire is the other place. Man’s Soul is on a trip, making its way to an eternal destination. Even now as you read this message, your eternal soul HAS an eternal home that it is headed to.
Revelation 20:14-15
"And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”
Revelation 19:1
“And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honor, and power, unto the Lord our God.”
There is a real Heaven and a real Lake of Fire. Every eternal soul will one day depart to its final home, no exceptions.

How can I know for certain which place I am going to?
Sin is why the Lake of Fire exists. It was made for the devil and his angels, but unforgiven sin must be punished here too.
Everyone sins, and according to the Bible, your sins corrupt your eternal soul, and therefore MUST be paid for, one way or another. The stain of sin on your immortal soul can’t just “go away”... it stays with you forever — unless you have a payment.
Now RELIGION (pick one — they're all fundamentally the same) teaches that YOU must somehow cleanse yourself from the stain of sin in order to qualify for Heaven. In other words, if you do enough good things to outweigh the bad, then you’ll be okay.
The Bible, on the other hand, says that you can do NOTHING to save yourself, but that Jesus Christ did all that was necessary for your cleansing and salvation when He died in your place on the cross to PAY FOR YOUR SIN.
There is much debate and confusion about these matters, but THE TRUTH is actually very simple.
Believe it or not, there are only TWO beliefs that most people adhere to --the religion of DO, or the faith of DONE.
The only thing you must do is receive what He did for you as a gift. That free gift is His righteousness, forgiveness for your sins, and salvation from an eternal punishment in hell, which we all deserve for our sin. Believe that — by faith, and your soul is made clean by the substitutionary payment of Jesus Christ’s sinless blood.
If you don't know for sure that your sins are forgiven and that you are on your way to Heaven, please take a moment to read God's simple plan to save you. Your eternity depends on it!

Here's How You Can Settle This Most Important Matter:
1. Admit that you are a sinner
The Bible says, "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one." Romans 3:10
"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23
You have to acknowledge the problem before you can get the solution!

You have to acknowledge the problem before you can get the solution!
2. Acknowledge there must be a penalty for your sin - Eternal Death
The Bible says, "For the wages of sin is death;" Romans 6:23
"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment." Hebrews 9:27
"...And another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged... And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." Revelation 20:12, 15
Physical death is the beginning of your eternity, and sin against an eternal God will be punished accordingly!

3. Understand that Jesus Christ took that penalty in your place.
The Bible says, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16
"For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God..." I Peter 3:18
"It is FINISHED." John 19:30
What could you possibly have to offer that is better than Jesus Christ's sacrifice on your behalf...?

4. Believe what God said.
The Bible says, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13
"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved." Acts 16:31
Forsake the religion of DO and believe and receive that it is DONE!

5. You can be saved and know it, RIGHT NOW.
Put your trust in what Jesus Christ did for you. All you have to do is ask; pray something like this:
"Lord, please be merciful to me. I know I'm a sinner, but I don't want to go to the Lake of Fire. I want to be in Heaven with you, and I believe by faith that Jesus died for me, and that he rose from the grave.
Please save my soul for Jesus’ sake, and give me assurance of my salvation, amen."
(Remember that it’s not a prayer that cleanses your soul, it’s the blood of Christ. A prayer doesn't save you; Jesus Christ does!)
The Bible says, "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life."
1 John 5:13
